The DFID Civil Society Organisations Youth Working Group

The DFID Civil Society Organisations Youth Working Group is a network of charities and other civil society organisations working together to promote the role of young people in international development: as beneficiaries and as agents of change.

The Youth Working Group has close links to the UK Government's Department for International Development and operates through a series of thematic SubGroups.

30th March 2010: Youth Participation in Development Launched

The 'Youth Participation in Development' handbook, created by the Youth Guidance Project has just been launched and is available online here.

15th July 2009: The Youth Working Group Website has been launched.

It's a work in progress, but it's now here - and will continue to be developed over coming weeks.
